I support people to create long-term, love-fueled, sustained change in their relationship with themselves.

My method is gentle and intuitive, and my intention is always to create a safe space for clients to unravel and explore their behaviours and patterns and to come into deeper relationship with their deepest knowing. What is TRUE and PRESENT, rather than the conditioning and stories that prevent them from feeling fulfilled and content.

I learned early on that changing the ‘external environment’ as a way to shift the ‘internal environment’ doesn’t work for long. And as a qualified nutritionist, this felt very frustrating! I would give clients supplements or a diet plan, which would usually work for a few weeks, before a trigger or circumstance would see them fall back into an old pattern and send them into a spiral of guilt, shame and disconnection.

I started to recognise that these patterns are parts of us that are yearning for recognition and validation. That when we can see them for what they are and start to work more closely with them, they respond, and our behaviours can start to shift. I began exploring other therapies including Emotional Anatomy, Food & Spirit and Internal Family Systems and discovered the way through required a more thorough, compassionate and embodied approach.

What this has led to is much deeper and longer-lasting change for clients who are now finding love and compassion for themselves. It is this shift in orientation of their INNER WORLD that leads to a profound shift in their OUTER WORLD.

I am passionate about this work. And I know how impactful it is when we SLOW DOWN and allow COMPASSION for ourselves. When we can go from being at war with our body, to finding peace and kindness. And if we are willing to show up lovingly and with attention, to unravel the life we have always dreamed of.

I began working with Jane thinking I needed help with my relationship with food. Yin Yoga Immersion

What is an ‘Immersion”?

This practice has been born out of a desire to help people to more fully ‘inhabit’ themselves. Most of us walk around in this container we call our body, completely oblivious (or mostly), of what is actually happening inside. We are often so preoccupied with what is happening TO us, that we miss what is happening WITHIN us.

When I first discovered Yin Yoga I could NOT believe what I was missing. Here was a tool, that was so juicy and so nourishing (and at times confronting), that allowed me to find my way home to my body. For this reason, Yin has been (one of) my saviours for a while now, but it really had its glow up once we entered a global pandemic (!)... I have been offering my services and love as a retreat leader locally and internationally for the past ten years, as well as working privately with clients around health mindset, emotional release and healing so I wasn’t averse to having a little break during this ‘Global Pause’. However after a while, it became very clear to me (in my meditation practice actually), that it is also my service to show up with this offering, for all of our sanity right now. I hope it offers you the salvation it has offered me.

Yin yoga allows you to melt into yourself and really feel what’s going on inside. Long-held postures stimulate the fascia (your network of living connective tissue), relax your nervous system and connect deeply into presence…
